order Numbered DOT Placards simply use the prefix “PL”
followed by the placard's 4 digit I.D. number as shown
in the examples below. All DOT numbers pictured are available
– please specify desired number and placard type.

comply with D.O.T. Hazmat Regulations. Placards
are available in 4 materials:
self-adhesive, permanent vinyl (V), .030 polystyrene
(P), .125 weather resistant PVC (PVC); .030 magnetic (MG).
