Large Custom Screens To Go
If you are looking for a large custom screen to go, we can stretch it for you! We do ask that you to provide the frame (there are
size limitations). Below you will find guidelines for building a good quality frame at a size that will work with our equipment.

The screen pictured to the left is 97" x 30". The frame can be as long as 100", and will have to be at least 30" wide to fit in our screen stretcher. We will be using 255 mesh unless you request a different mesh count.

We recommend the frame be made from 2'x6's, and the corners need to be notched as seen in the drawing above. The frame will need to be built laying on a flat surface, and the notches need to be smooth on at least one side. We will be gluing the mesh to the smooth side of the frame.

  

For custom size frames and higher mesh counts we will charge you accordingly.
There will be a 50% markup for 305 meshes & 75% markup for 380 meshes.
